The Story

Five and a half years ago I was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. In May 2016 I finished treatment and pretty much went on with my life. Thursday May 17th, 2019, during my three years out of treatment appointment, I found out I had cancer once again. This new cancer was caused by a chemotherapy I had during my previous treatment for Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. The cancer I have now is called Treatment Related/Secondary Acute Myloid Leukemia. This cancer is much tougher and the only cure is a bone marrow transplant. Over the next 5 months or so I will be receiving chemo at Seattle Childrens and will have a bone marrow-transplant. I made this so everyone can stay updated!

Thank you,
